  1. This  program  is  compressed  with  the  AR  freeware  utility.  AR is not
  2. compatible  with  PKZIP but achieves almost  the same compression rate. The
  3. window install program will decompress this program automatically.

  9. 1. Make a directory on your hard drive called HEALTH.
  10. (at the C:\ prompt type MD HEALTH)
  11.  
  12. 2. Copy  the HEALTH.AR and AR.EXE file to the HEALTH directory on your hard
  13. drive.
  14.        (copy health.ar c:\health)
  15.        (copy ar.exe c:\health)
  16.  
  17. 3. Change to the HEALTH directory and type: AR X HEALTH.AR
  18.

  21. This will decompress the program manually. To start the program type HEALTH.
